    Note about Presentations
Any colleagues assisting in your presentation and included in your initial proposal are under many of the same obligations and will enjoy many of the same benefits. They will receive their own packets at the email addresses you have provided.

In order to ensure that our content is of the highest quality our track chairs will be reviewing each of the presentations. Please note that if your presentation is not found to be what your abstract proposed or is geared toward selling a product we will ask that you revise your presentation.

We strongly caution speakers against commercial presentations. Marketing pitches severely mar the integrity of the conference and diminish the credibility of the speaker for attendees who are expecting content-rich sessions. Similarly, the Embedded Systems Conference prohibits the distribution within the classroom or technical program area any material (brochures, contest entries, product spec. sheets, etc.) related to the speaker’s company or its products. In promoting a speaker’s participation in the Technical Program, companies are strongly encouraged to keep these concerns in mind.
